POMPANO  BEACH  CEMETERY
Laura passed away at home on October 29 surrounded by her daughters.
She was 96 years old. Laura married John in 1941 and they were married for 61 years and have 3 daughters, Iolanda, Stella and Mary.
They also have 8 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.
At the age of 74 she and her husband decided to move from Rhode Island to Pompano Beach in Florida.
John passed away 9 years later so Laura moved into a condo by the ocean, near her oldest daughter who lives on the same condominium.
She loved sitting on her balcony and enjoyed watching the ocean and the warmth of sunny Florida.
 Laura lived a full life.
She and her husband loved traveling with family and did see and enjoy quite a bit of the world.
Besides enjoying being surrounded by family, which frequently spent time with her, she loved watching TV, especially soap operas,
loved playing cards and an occasional visit to the casino.
Most of all … she loved making “massa” (sweet bread).
She was very proud of those delicious loafs and biscuits of sweet bread and would always give some to family and friends.
To us all, who loved her so much … we were amazed how to the very end of her life she was very sharp about everything.
She had an amazing memory.
We will miss her but she will always continue living in our hearts.

Above is the Eulogy delivered by Andrew and Lindsay during the Funeral Mass.
